Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow the TurboTax client base.

Candidates should have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and a minimum of 3 years of filing 1040 returns. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; uniform and front-facing retail experience required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; preferred tax expertise.
• PTIN is required to file taxes professionally.
• Ability to obtain/state licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice on-site.
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build trust.
• Engage with community and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Leverage marketing support and tools to expand client reach.
