Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/Attorney licenses, with at least 3 years of paid tax experience preparing 30+ returns per season. Strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience handling 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador in the community and engage prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
