Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing in-person tax services and client support. You will grow the local client base, deliver accurate tax results, and engage with the community to foster loyalty.

You must be a licensed EA/CPA/attorney or have PTIN, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience and readiness to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail role. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax standards.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging locals and developing client leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust for long-term relationships.
