Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to customers, while growing the local client base and contributing to marketing efforts.

The role requires 20+ hours per week, in-person service, and a proactive, community-focused mindset. A professional tax license (EA/CPA) and PTIN are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local communities to grow TurboTax client base and participate in marketing efforts.
