Intuit seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and product support while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding customer service.

Candidates should have an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax return experience, with willingness to work 20+ hours weekly onsite and wear a TurboTax uniform. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with PTIN and state license eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in-store.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, building local TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers onsite.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
