Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as in-person Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to on-site customers, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

Role is non-exempt and on-site, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Candidates with EA/CPA/attorney licenses and PTIN are preferred, with English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
