Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers in person, while developing local client relationships and contributing to community engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of tax prep experience, active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, and PTIN, with willingness to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
