Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage while engaging with the local community.

You will build long-term client relationships, leverage marketing support, and grow the client base through proactive outreach and exceptional service. The role requires on-site availability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships in a retail setting.
