Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their tax needs with a trusted, personable approach.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, collaborate with a team of experts, and participate in local marketing to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship during 20+ hours per week; weekend availability.
• Able to build local social presence and content for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools; address inquiries.
