Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships within the community.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, using your tax knowledge to tailor solutions in everyday language and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations; high customer focus.
• Familiarity with TurboTax software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
