Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking a Multi Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple offices within an assigned district. You will drive staffing, productivity, tax prep work and regional marketing to maximize efficiency and revenue.

You will manage seasonal teams and maintain relationships with property managers and landlords. You will guide employees through complex problems, review schedules, track time, and ensure adherence to company standards across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent business experience.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and tax/accounting software; PTIN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting efforts and manages interviewing for the assigned area.
• Monitors associate performance to ensure quality standards and deadlines.
• Reviews and approves work schedules and timecards; supports HR on employee relations issues.
