Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Assistant District Manager to lead day-to-day operations across approximately twenty stores/kiosks, focusing on recruiting, training, and profitability. You will collaborate with the District Manager to optimize district performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities include supervising seasonal staff, managing revenue and costs, and ensuring adherence to company standards. This role offers growth, training, and a fast-paced retail tax environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous management or supervisory experience.
• Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to drive results.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit retail locations in the assigned district with the District Manager.
• Lead recruiting and interviewing of seasonal employees and oversee tax education flow.
• Monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with HR on training and issues.
• Maintain office setup, technology, supplies, and relations with property managers.
