Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Innovation (DTI) to drive value by leading change management, deployment, and support of tax processes and technologies across the Tax practice. The ideal candidate blends tax expertise with technology, process, and data acumen.

The role partners with technology teams to define requirements, develops training on firm-standard tools, and optimizes workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, CS or IS preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate preferred.
• CPA/JD/EA/PMP preferred.
• Experience with tax technology and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across tax processes and technologies.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax tech tools aligned with firm goals.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for Tax tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Act as a senior liaison between Tax practice and technology groups.
