Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support in a friendly, front-facing environment.

Ideal candidates bring active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and a track record of handling federal and state returns.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience."
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends, for 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
