Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax software while building local relationships.

You’ll engage with customers in person, grow the local client base, and participate in community marketing efforts. Prior tax credentials and a willingness to work retail hours are essential.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage with clients in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations and software/product support using TurboTax tools.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Develop future tax planning guidance and community-facing tax tips.

Conhecimentos
