Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, optimize deductions, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
