Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the community.

Promotions for local marketing, strong customer service, and a focus on explaining tax concepts in plain language are core. Applicants should be eligible to work in the U.S. and ready for a front-facing retail role.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN.
• Experience with professional tax software and CRM tools.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local retail presence.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and advise on future tax planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts to grow client base.
