Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll perform in-person tax preparation, offer tax advice, and provide software support while engaging with customers to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must hold a PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for in-store clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
