Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software use while building local client relationships. Responsibilities include proactive community engagement, leading local marketing efforts with TurboTax resources, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses or credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN on file as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with tax concepts and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Assist clients with complex and simple tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
