Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in person, while engaging with the local community to grow your client base.

Applicants should have active EA/CPA/Attorney licenses, 3+ years of tax experience, and be comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Onsite retail experience and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax advice and software support to clients in person.
• Grow client base through local community engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
