Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers while growing the local client base through community engagement.

Ideal candidates have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax filing experience using professional software.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is strongly preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build a client base.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, assisting clients in achieving financial goals and building long‑term relationships.
