Job summary

Intuit seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years of federal/state tax return experience, plus a willingness to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credential (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States and maintain state licenses/certifications as needed.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
