Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with personalized guidance.

You will grow the client base within local communities, participate in marketing efforts, and deliver outstanding service while maintaining Intuit’s standards and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and planning.
• Utilize government websites, professional tools, and team knowledge to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Build long-term trust and relationships with clients beyond single transactions.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
