Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will work on-site with customers, providing full tax return preparation, advice, and software support to help clients navigate their taxes and reach financial goals.

You will drive growth in the local community, engage customers, and deliver a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Experience with tax preparation software and client-focused advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help grow the local Turbotax client base.
