Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting relationships in the community.

Role is on-site in the United States, with flexible hours and a focus on customer-centered service. You will work with marketing support to attract new clients and expand your local presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Onsite, 20+ hours per week, weekends may be required.
• Willingness to build local/social presence per company policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and community engagement.
