Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

On-site, you will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships. You will work as part of a collaborative team of tax professionals, representing TurboTax locally and contributing to marketing efforts to make taxes

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Build local community presence and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing support.
