Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person.

You will grow the local client base and build long-term relationships, representing TurboTax in the community with a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

The role is non-exempt and on-site; benefits include a 401(k) with match, paid sick time, ESOP, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit’s video tools.
