Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to customers, aiming to grow TurboTax’s local client base and foster long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax services, discovery sessions to uncover deductions, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while engaging with the community and leveraging marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert into long‑term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes approachable.
