Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs while growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building trust.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to optimize deductions and plan future taxes.
