Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base through local community engagement, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Onsite availability Sundays–Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week; hours may vary.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community and support marketing initiatives.
