Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and a minimum of 3 years of tax return preparation experience. On-site, 20+ hours per week, with a compensation package described for California.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses/certificates may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Circular 230 familiarity; comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
