Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving as a trusted tax advisor and building strong client relationships in the local community.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while leveraging marketing resources to grow your client base. Active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax return experience are required; willingness to work 20+ hours/week onsite in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (at least 30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building local community presence and online content as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Conduct discovery sessions, tax reviews, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and grow local client base through community engagement.
