Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and in-person/virtual client support.

You will guide clients through complex and simple returns, connect them with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning resources, and drive local growth at a TurboTax location. Join a collaborative team of tax professionals, engage with the community, and help foster long-term client relationships while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and uniforms; advertising use of your name/photo.
• Community-focused, with potential local marketing activities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and relationships, using marketing tools and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term trust with clients, turning transactions into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
