Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver tax advice, perform complex filings, and coordinate with a team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a seamless client experience.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Support local community growth and marketing initiatives.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
• Drive local client growth through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end client experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and tax guidance in person and via video tools.
