Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full-service preparation at a local TurboTax site.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios, while coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and use Intuit resources to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; training and uniform requirements apply.
• Willing to showcase as a TurboTax Expert in local marketing efforts; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to attract and grow a local client base with marketing support from Intuit.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver year-round support with empathy and professional guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and secure communications.
