Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at on-site TurboTax locations. You will act as a bridge between clients and a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow a local client base, welcome new customers, and build long-term relationships, while using Intuit marketing resources and software to support community impact and client success.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationship-building.
• Coordinate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
