Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, deliver expert advice, and coordinate with a wider team of specialists to serve clients’ complete financial needs. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships while helping customers achieve positive financial

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Must complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Build relationships with local clients and communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
