Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and participate in community events while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience through both on-site and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization guidance.
