Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized service at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work on-site with a collaborative team, offering in-depth tax advice and end-to-end solutions across personal and business scenarios.

You’ll build a local client base, partner with other Intuit services, and help clients navigate complex tax issues while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA certification or CPA preferred; PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in-person and via video tools.
