Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, with on-site hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours weekly, and opportunities to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; potential advertising usage of your name.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base via local outreach, referrals, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with collaboration across specialists.
