Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and advise clients in person or virtually. You will connect clients with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial picture and a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, provide personal service, and help customers achieve financial goals while working within hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns per season.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory as trained.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning strategies.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
