Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service preparation at a local TurboTax location. You’ll build a client base, promote Intuit services, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end insights for individuals and small businesses.

You’ll work onsite, 20+ hours weekly, with training, uniforms, and growth opportunities within the Intuit ecosystem, including marketing support and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite during regular hours and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow new client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
