Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney certification preferred and PTIN active.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning experts to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience onsite and virtually.
