Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and preparation services in a new TurboTax location across the United States. You will engage with the local community, drive client growth, and connect customers with Intuit solutions to enhance their financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes on-site work during typical business hours, training provision, and opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must have strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use your name for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local customer base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with marketing tools to drive local engagement and brand awareness.
• Guide clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions for ongoing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
