Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location nationwide. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with broader Intuit services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Build local relationships, drive community engagement, and grow the TurboTax client base with marketing support. This role is onsite, with hours extending through peak tax season.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax prep with 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite, 20+ hours per week, during tax season.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
