Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive preparation, working closely with specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

You will grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll. This role is onsite with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week; hours may vary seasonally.
• Must complete all required training and development; additional requirements may apply.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content for the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
