You will provide full-service tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, working closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and partnerships.
