Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to cover business and personal tax needs.

This role emphasizes client growth, local community engagement, and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience with a trusted advisor mindset.

Qualifications

• Active tax practitioner credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite in TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.
• Complete company-required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience with Intuit resources.
• Build long-term relationships and community presence.

Education

EA (Enrolled Agent) / CPA / Practicing Attorney

PTIN required

3+ years tax return experience (30+ returns)
