Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to sit on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, connect clients with broader Intuit services, and grow your local client base with a community-first mindset. The role emphasizes end-to-end client support, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with a team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be available for advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in local/community presence and content creation per Intuit guidelines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Develop long-term relationships to drive year-round engagement and loyalty.
