Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to support tax clients at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will help grow the local client base, engage with the community, and build lasting relationships, using TurboTax tools and resources to empower customers toward year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and future planning.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to offer end-to-end service.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a seamless TurboTax experience and connect clients to Intuit resources.
